Since we only sell digital products on our website, you can’t cancel them or return them after downloading them.

However if for any reason, you are not happy with our services then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.
If the online product you requested from The Platform does not meet your expectations do write to us and we will happily try to assist you.

All purchases or payments done by a Buyer on the store of Fitness Deciphers are deemed to be final and cancellation or refund request by the Buyer will NOT be accepted once the payment is done. Also, the e-book purchased will be non-transferable to another Buyer.
Since we only sell downloadable products, we don’t allow anyone to ask for refunds. Customers are requested to purchase the products after reading the full descriptions of the product.
